A platform built from the inside out

RPSIGN was born as a response to a real problem: how to structure electronic document signing securely and explain, precisely, which evidence supports each stage of the process.

Origin

Born inside a law firm

Daily legal work produces a constant volume of legal-fee agreements, powers of attorney and declarations that need to be handled efficiently without giving up technical and legal rigor. From that need came the decision to develop a proprietary architecture, with policies, records, access controls and integrity mechanisms defined to match the reality of the operation.

The result is RPSIGN: a platform conceived from legal practice, with documented architecture, controlled technical evolution and security, privacy and evidence criteria built into the system design.

Simplicity

The signing process should be simple for the person signing — technical complexity should remain in the infrastructure without compromising the signer’s experience.

Transparency

We prefer to explain exactly what a signature proves rather than promise legal validity that cannot be guaranteed unconditionally.

Progressive security

Not every document requires the same level of verification — RPSIGN was designed to scale authentication according to the risk of each act.

Approach

A proprietary architecture adaptable to different operations

RPSIGN was designed to organize electronic signature workflows with policies, evidence and controls defined according to the document’s purpose and the context of the operation.

Its architecture allows signature modalities, integrations and verification mechanisms to evolve without losing traceability of technical decisions and applied policies.

Above all, the platform exists to solve a real electronic-signature problem with clarity about what each technical mechanism actually demonstrates.

ADDON — Inteligência, Software e Automação Developer

Software engineering behind RPSIGN

ADDON is a Brazilian company with 25 years of experience in custom software development, web systems, mobile applications, process automation and artificial-intelligence solutions. It is responsible for the architecture, software engineering and continuous technical evolution of RPSIGN.

ADDON’s approach avoids off-the-shelf models and rigid platforms — each project is built to fit the client’s real operation, with a focus on data security, scalability and continuous support. That philosophy has guided RPSIGN since its first architectural decision.

Why a proprietary platform instead of off-the-shelf software?

Because defining the architecture, policies, evidence records and integrity mechanisms is part of RPSIGN’s security proposition — not a secondary technical detail.

Because legal practice requires attention to authentication levels, document types, powers granted, applicable formalities and the quality of evidence gathered in each workflow.
